Новый отель, все красиво. Но- бассейн не работал все время пребывания. Общение только через переводчик онлайн,, был только один менеджер , немного говорящий по-английски, остальные вообще ничего не понимают. Язык жестов и картинки рулят. Отличнейший завтрак и лаунж на 11 этаже. Депозит вносили наличными, написали расписку, что вернут в день выезда, однако при чек-ауте начали говорить, что вернут через 2 недели, потому что были не в курсе, что депозит был налом. Положенный минибар каждый день забывали пополнять - каждый раз говорили об этом. В день выезда карты в 10 утра от номера уже были заблокированы, пришлось идти на ресепшн. В целом оценка пока 8 из 10. Но в целом - рекомендуем. П.с. - давайте гостям карту отеля- что где расположено, потому что с первого раза найти лаунж или ресторан сложно)))

到博鰲趕上橙色暴雨預警，臨時找到一家酒店入住，這個價位很驚喜👍!從服務態度到洗浴用品，再從房間舒適度（定的是豪華海景房）景觀到防雨措施都很滿意（稍微遺憾是地上停車），另外房間配備了除濕機很得我這個北方人的好感，到海南3、4天了，在酒店房間皮膚第一次感到了爽利無潮濕感非常nice！各部門服務人員都很熱情耐心！注意‼️是每個部門在這麼晚的時間‼️客房的服務員很主動‼️注意是主動是主動的👍👍👍耐心的告訴我空調觸摸比較靈敏，輕輕觸動即可過重反而不好調節如有問題隨時打電話（入住時剛好服務員在客房#門口打掃完畢碰到了，但很少有服務員會主動告訴客人空調的操作剛開始還認為服務員多此一舉，空調面板操作大同小異，試了一下果然是很靈敏不注意會調節不好，服務細緻耐心真誠👍👍👍）。入住的時間比較晚大概19:30左右，洗漱後在酒店公共區域閑逛了一下，酒吧、餐廳、棋牌、茶室、健身房（有其他客人沒有拍照）前台等等（看配圖吧[愉快]）每個部門注意是每個👍👍👍的工作人員都很熱情禮貌！尤其值得一提的是逛到三層露天泳池，正在維修不能進（有提示牌，瞭解後得知是小小的維修） ，但很想拍照，就隨便問一個路過的工作人員是否可以進去拍照，這位女工作人員居然不是拒絕（我猜想她會拒絕，沒必要給自己惹麻煩，告知維修就好了，我承認這是閑逛的最後一個地方，想試一下這個酒店的服務到底如何，驚喜驚喜驚喜👍👍👍），而是非常熱情禮貌的告知在維修並要陪同我找入口拍照，發現門是鎖的，當即就要電話聯繫給我開門並陪同拍照（還是很負責的，即滿足了客人的需求又要保證了客人的安全），讓我很感動，衹是為了一個普通客人要拍個照片就能做到這樣的服務必須五星好評👍👍👍！希望酒店領導看到評論表揚獎勵一下該女性員工還有客房的服務員（女）！！！五星好評👍👍👍
